At Oribe, we stand behind the quality of our luxury hair care products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return any unused or gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated; simply print this label and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Ensure all items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit and drop off the package at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
